I am disappearing for a bit to start cooking mole.
Now, my last attempt at this was a bit harrowing and resulted in a small fire, mini volcanic mole eruptions spewing chocolate and chilis all over my walls, and frantic and futile flailing of my bath towel underneath my smoke alarm.
I am taking La Lupe and Vicente into the depths with me, and I am going to chop, reduce, blend and if necessary, cry my way through part deu. Cravings will do this to a girl and this time may be a bit cathartic. I will read the chocolate swirls and let you know.
